Adjudicated as the Best Enterprise-Intern Pan-India for Johnson & Johnson by the President’s Council after multiple rounds of selection wherein competed with best interns from other business functions and divisions.
During my 2 months at J&J, I worked on the digital product C-SATS, J&J's first-ever Surgical ed-tech product for emerging markets. After performing market analysis, primary research and deriving value-based pricing, I delivered a novel subscription-based business customized to emerging markets. Upon implementation, my work holds the potential to improve surgery safety, accessibility, and affordability by re-shaping training of ~25,000 Minimal-Access-Surgeons.

NOVARTIS LEADERSHIP BIOTECHNOLOGY CAMP
Won the coveted, Novartis Biotechnology-Leadership-Camp after competing with 1900 of the smartest minds in the country.
Over the span of 3 months, devised PRAISE+4R framework for equitable vaccine distribution in India which on implementation hold potential for impacting the lives of 1.4 trillion beneficiaries.
In the final round, I spearheaded a cross-functional team to deduce an innovative value-based pricing approach for a life-saving drug that will impact 1 in every 311 lives in the emerging world.

Collaborated with one of the most premiere & successful Indian legacy brands in Men’s suiting - PN RAO (since 1923), for a one of a kind Design Partnership. I got the Opportunity to envision & help co-create Custom designed “made to measure” Be-spoke garments for high profile clients by infusing my unique design philosophy rooted in art with their legendary craftsmanship.

NAD14 - TAMIZHAN DA
Under the brand name NAD14, we launched the TAMIZHAN DA merchandise to embody the pride of Tamil culture and achievement.
Targeting the Tamil Diaspora, it was designed with 514 names of the most established individuals from various walks of life and was adorned with the Indian Tricolor.

NAD14 PRODUCTIONS
After the visibility from ALL EYES ON INDIA and other competitions, we started selling custom prints for interior design & home decor, under the brand name NAD14 (now N14 - Redesigned by Ms Satya).
With the partnership of Mr Saai Vignesh, we were able to start NAD14 Productions and our first breakthrough was the opportunity to provide media coverage for the South Indian Art Show 2014.
